Who we are
Ensaka is a startup that celebrates the diversity and rich culture of Uganda through its food. We
offer traditional dishes from all over Uganda, cooked in the ‘ensaka’ clay pot. This pot is known
for its energy-saving properties and its ability to infuse flavor in every dish. It also plays a huge
role in exuding status, respect and hospitality as it was used to serve chiefs, clan heads and
esteemed guests.
Our goal is to preserve our heritage of traditional dining and royal hospitality, while promoting
healthier eating and conversation among people of all backgrounds.
